Project Details

The 7,115 square foot office building for Ruppert Companies corporate offices was a unique project for us. We provided all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for the historic farmhouse renovation which unfortunately was destroyed in a propane explosion in 2021. This project has achieved LEED Silver Certification! The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) established LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), which is the leading program for green buildings and communities worldwide. LEED buildings are aimed to enable an environmentally and socially responsible, healthy, and prosperous environment that improves the quality of life.
