Jeff founded Alban Engineering, Inc. in 2014 based on the principles he developed during his 31 year career in engineering. He is committed to using fundamental engineering laws and applying them in developing creative design solutions that achieve and exceed client goals. Jeff has worked on hundreds of educational and public building projects, including master plans, studies, new construction, additions, renovations, modernizations and systematic replacement/upgrade projects.

He has won multiple ASHRAE Regional Technology awards for innovative building designs. He is a member of the American Society of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE), The Associations of School Business Officials (ASBO), The Maryland Society of Professional Engineers (MDSPE), U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce. He has also been published in Maryland Construction Network’s monthly newsletter.

Jeff’s primary focus has been and continues to be in public sector projects.
